170 g of grated coconut
170 ml of sweetened condensed milk
2 egg whites
a pinch of vanillin
a pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 160 ° C
Mix grated coconut and condensed milk, add a pinch of
vanillin and salt. Whip the egg whites until stiff and
carefully fold into the coconut mixture.
Drop the coconut mixture using a teaspoon onto baking sheets,
lined with baking paper.
Bake until golden, about 25 minutes.
